Chef Rosmandi brings 30 years of culinary expertise to the kitchen of Jewels Hotel. The homegrown Chef started his professional career in the early 90s as a cook and served in various hotels across the state before taking on the role as the Head Chef of Jewels Hotel in 2011. His repertoire includes prestigious local hotels and beach resorts, which helped him to develop his specialty dishes including Chicken Chop, Mamak Fried Noodles, and his signature Oxtail Asam Pedas. Well known among celebrities and public figures, Chef Rosmandi has had the privilege of serving the Royal Brunei Family and worked with celebrity master chefs, Chef Wan and Chef Sabri Hassan. Other notable public figures he had served in the past include Tun Mahathir Mohamad and Tun Abdullah Badawi, Allahyarham Tuan Guru Dato' Bentara Setia Haji Nik Abdul Aziz bin Nik Mat, along with the Royal Kelantan Family.
